Sarah's Circle's exercise program, held three days a week, is a favorite among seniors.

The energetic class, led by certified personal trainer Rodney Jordan, is tailored specifically to senior needs. It increases the flexibility, muscle tone, balance and cardiovascular endurance of participants.
