Exercise and Wellness
Sarah’s Circle provides comprehensive programming designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone and flexibility for seniors.
Our most popular activity is our exercise, led by certified personal trainer and former program director, Rodney Jordan. Hosting an average of 25 seniors per session, Rodney leads a vigorous, senior-focused exercise class three days per week. Wheelchair-bound seniors or those with mobility issues can also benefit from the class, as Rodney adapts traditional workout movements to the needs of all seniors.
In addition to exercise, Sarah’s Circle also offers a monthly meditation class led by Marion Werner as well as a weekly senior yoga class provided in partnership with Yoga Activist.
