On September 11, 2014, hundreds of Sarah’s Circle supporters gathered at the Arts Club of Washington to honor Robert Pohlman, the retiring executive director of the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED). Colbert I. King, Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist for the Washington Post, introduced Bob and presented him with the Circle of Life Award in honor of his many contributions to the preservation and creation of affordable housing in the Washington, DC metro area.
