In 2019, we completed the gut renovation of our property. Funded by proceeds from the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program as well as a mortgage on the building, our building improvements totaled more than $8 million, creating a safer, modern, and beautiful home for our low-income senior residents.
