AFFORDABLE HOUSING
The Sarah’s Circle housing program is the cornerstone of our mission, providing a safe and affordable home for seniors who struggle to make ends meet on fixed incomes. Our goal is to help all of our seniors age in place, keeping them in their own apartments and out of assisted living facilities or nursing homes. To accomplish this, we offer a comprehensive array of supportive programs and interventions.

Application Process
Sarah’s Circle serves seniors age 60 and older who are able to demonstrate the ability to live independently and whose incomes do not exceed 30 percent of area median income (currently $27,100 per year for a single-person household).
