Affordable Housing

Sarah’s Circle is more than a place to live; Sarah’s Circle provides low-income seniors with a home and a supportive community.  Our model is designed to help our residents age in place by providing a targeted array of supportive services, group programs, and individualized care to ensure continued success in independent living.

Sarah’s Circle is proud to be a congregate meal site for the DC Department of Aging and Community Living (DACL). Through this partnership, we offer a hot, nutritious lunch each weekday to low-income seniors age 62 and older. In addition, we provide nutrition seminars and periodic social events and meals to help our residents equip themselves with the knowledge and tools they need to make better food choices on their own, a vital skill in thriving independently.

Educational & Social Programs

At Sarah’s Circle, we believe the learning process continues through all stages of life.  Our community center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and is host to a variety of educational and social programs and activities.
